CARO Gold Affiliate Program

Brand: CARO Gold (A Brand of HSIS)

By applying to the CARO Gold Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
  • Applicants must have an active social media presence or content creation platform.
  • HSIS reserves the right to approve or reject any application without providing a reason.
2. Affiliate Coupon
  • Each approved affiliate will receive a unique coupon code.
  • The coupon code is personal and must not be sold, transferred, or shared with another affiliate.
3. Commission
  • Affiliates can earn commissions of up to 30%, depending on the commission structure approved by HSIS.
  • Commission is calculated only on successful, completed, and eligible orders placed using the affiliate’s coupon code.
  • Orders that are cancelled, refunded, rejected, or fraudulent are not eligible for commission.
4. Payment
  • Commissions will be verified before payment.
  • Payments will be made according to the payout schedule announced by HSIS.
  • Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
5. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must:

  • Promote CARO Gold honestly and professionally.
  • Share only official offers, prices, and promotional materials provided or approved by HSIS.
  • Avoid misleading claims, false promises, or fake discounts.
  • Comply with all applicable advertising and social media platform policies.
6. Brand Usage
  • The CARO Gold name, logo, images, and promotional materials remain the property of HSIS.
  • Affiliates may use brand assets only for promoting CARO Gold and only while participating in the program.
7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Fake or self-generated orders solely to earn commissions.
  • Misrepresentation of products, prices, or company policies.
  • Spam messaging or unethical promotional practices.
  • Using copyrighted content without permission.
  • Any activity that harms the reputation of HSIS or CARO Gold.
8. Returns & Refunds
  • If an order is cancelled, returned, refunded, or found to be fraudulent, the related commission will be cancelled or deducted from future payouts.
9. Changes to the Program
  • HSIS may modify commission rates, offers, eligibility criteria, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. Termination

HSIS reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account immediately for:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Fraudulent or unethical activities.
  • Conduct that may damage the reputation of HSIS or CARO Gold.
11. Limitation of Liability

HSIS is not responsible for any indirect loss, business interruption, or damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

12. Acceptance

By applying for or participating in the CARO Gold Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Gold Rate Lock Scheme – CARO Gold

By placing a booking and making payment on this website, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking

The customer confirms that they have selected and booked the jewellery/gold bar under the Gold Rate Lock Scheme offered by CARO Gold.

2. EMI Plan

The customer may select an available 3, 6, or 12-month instalment plan at the time of booking.

3. Gold Rate Lock

The gold rate applicable to the selected product is locked on the booking date and shall remain fixed for that booking.

4. Payments

The customer agrees to pay the booking amount and all remaining EMIs according to the selected scheme and payment schedule.

5. Making Charges

Applicable making charges are included in the booking value and are non-refundable after booking confirmation.

6. Delayed EMI Payments

If an EMI is not paid on its due date, the customer may continue the booking by paying the pending EMI within the next 20 days from the due date. Delivery of the booked product shall not be made until all dues are cleared.

7. GST & Taxes

GST and other applicable taxes shall be charged as per prevailing government regulations. Any future change in GST or applicable taxes at the time of invoicing shall be borne by the customer.

8. Product Changes

The selected jewellery design or gold bar cannot be changed once the booking has been confirmed.

9. Delivery

The booked jewellery/gold bar will be delivered only after complete payment of all dues, taxes, and applicable charges.

10. Ownership

Until full payment and delivery, the booked jewellery/gold bar shall remain the sole property of CARO Gold.

11. Missed EMI, Reactivation & Cancellation

If an EMI remains unpaid for more than 20 days after its due date, the online EMI payment facility may be temporarily disabled.

The customer may request continuation of the booking by contacting CARO Gold through email or the contact form available on the website. CARO Gold may, at its sole discretion, reactivate the booking upon payment of the overdue EMI along with nominal reactivation charges, which may vary depending on the EMI amount and booking value.

If the customer does not make payment or contact CARO Gold within 45 days from the EMI due date, the booking shall be treated as cancelled permanently, and no reactivation request shall be accepted thereafter.

After cancellation, the customer may apply for a refund as per the applicable refund policy. If the customer:

  • does not accept the refund;
  • does not provide bank account details; or
  • remains unreachable or does not contact the company,

the refundable amount shall remain reserved with CARO Gold until claimed by the customer. No interest, compensation, or additional amount shall be payable by CARO Gold on such retained funds.

12. Gold Price Changes on Cancellation

In case of cancellation:

  • Any decrease in gold price may be adjusted.
  • Any increase in gold price shall not be payable to the customer.
13. Transfer of Benefits

The benefits and rate lock under this scheme are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.

14. Collection of Product

At the time of delivery, the customer may be required to provide booking details and valid identification documents.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under this scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malerkotla, Punjab, India.

16. Acceptance

By ticking the acceptance checkbox and proceeding with payment, the customer confirms:

“I have read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions of the Gold Rate Lock Scheme offered by CARO Gold.”

Disclaimer

All payments made under this scheme are advance payments and do not constitute a sale until the final invoice is generated and the jewellery/gold bar is delivered to the customer.

CARO Gold reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, policies, and procedures from time to time in accordance with applicable laws and business requirements.
